Almave Ambar Non-Alcoholic Blue Agave Spirit is the result of a collaboration between seven-time Formula One World Champion Lewis Hamilton co-founder and master distiller of Casa Lumbre, Iván Saldaña. The agave aficionado used his expertise to create a non-alcoholic alternative to Tequila, one made with a production process that omits the fermentation stage, but begins with Blue Agave from the Jalisco region, as all Tequila is made, and is distilled.
