Dingle Gin is a contemporary gin from Ireland made with botanicals like angelica, bog myrtle, chevril, coriander, fuchsia, hawthorn berries, heather, juniper, and rowan berry. The gin is rich in flavor with a classic nose of juniper and angelica, and a palate of juniper, minty herbs, and cool spice. The gin is made with a lot of research, including technical and historical research, and experimentation. The gin's flavor elements are macerated in spirit for 24 hours, then distilled. The spirit is collected at 70% abv and then cut to 42.5% abv using the purest of water which the distillery draws from its own well, 240 feet below the distillery.
