Johnny Drum Private Stock is a blend of barrels that are aged for four to five years in new American oak. The oak aging process mellows the whiskey and adds flavors like vanilla and cinnamon. This bourbon has a 50.5% alcohol by volume (alc./vol.) (101 proof) and is medium copper in color. It has an aroma of spicy cinnamon, ginger, oak, and caramel, with notes of roasted peanuts, warm cinnamon, and vanilla, and are complemented by touches of oak and honey
