Mash: 70% corn, 16% soft winter wheat, 14% barley

Age: NAS (research says ~6 years)

Nose: Oak, sweetness that evolved into caramel apples (originally just caramel and dried red fruits, couldn't pinpoint any specific ones)

Palate: Nutmeg and baking spices, oak, caramel, vanilla - unbelievably smooth for the proof. Chewing really brings out some fruitiness and cherry is the main one I'm finding, with a mix of apple in the background.

Finish: Oak and spices really burst through, followed by cherry, leather, and a nice lingering oak flavor. The finish is medium-long in length.
