Papa's Pilar 24 Dark Rum is a 750 ml bottle of rum that is 86 proof and aged for up to 24 years in a proprietary solera process. It is made from a blend of pot and column distilled rums from Central America, Florida, and the Caribbean, then finished in bourbon barrels and port casks. The rum has a rich reddish brown color with flashes of orange, and a smooth taste with little burn. It has tasting notes of:
