Redwood Empire Pipe Dream is a cask strength, uncut, and unfiltered craft bourbon whiskey. It's made from a high corn mash bill and aged in barrels that are between four and twelve years old. The bourbon has a deep golden color, a powerful nose with notes of sweet maple, vanilla, and honey, and a rich, deep, and complex palate with roasted pecan, vanilla, and lingering char and woody notes. It's smooth with a hint of black pepper on the finish
